Breakfast

You can’t stay without eating for a long time in the morning. And, according to Rujuta, something must be taken ten to fifteen minutes after waking up. This will help boost your metabolism.

If you eat tea or coffee in the morning; Then don’t make this mistake anymore. This may result in heartburn. Furthermore, spicy foods should not be taken first thing every morning on an empty tummy.

Alternatively, 15 mins after waking up every morning, consume fruit or dry fruit. In the case of fruits, you can eat bananas, apples, etc. Dried fruits can be eaten with nuts and walnuts soaked in water.

Breakfast is an important meal – it can either make or break your day. You should not eat unhealthy food at this time, and you can eat seasonal fruits, coconut water, or homemade syrup. Remember, do not drink tea or coffee in the morning.

Lunch

Finish lunch by 1 p.m. If you want to stay healthy, keep an eye on what you eat. Be sure to include vegetables, fish or chicken, and salads in your diet.

Evening snacks

According to Rajuta’s advice, you can eat nuts, homemade food, sprouts, peanuts, or milk between 4-6 pm. Not any kind of salty or sweet food. In addition, do not drink tea and coffee after 4 pm.

Dinner

Many people eat late at night, which is harmful to health. Dinner should be finished at least 2 hours before going to bed at night. Finish dinner between 6 pm and 8:30 pm.

You can eat khichuri or dal rice for dinner. Eating rice at night will not be a problem for your digestion. Do not forget to put a salad with vegetables.
